Hi Beauties,
As 2012 is coming to a close, i thought to review this year by posting about some beauty products that i have loved. They aren't a lot but these are products i find myself constantly reaching out for and they seem to be working very well for me and i would gladly recommend them to anyone.

#1- MUA Undressed Palette
My ultimate favorite eye shadow palette this year has been the MUA Undressed palette. I don't know if it's because its an exact dupe for the popular Urban Decay Naked Palette. It's such a great bargain as the Naked palette retails for £36.00 whiles the Undressed palette retails for only £4.00, wow! It's creamy, super pigmented and i love the colour pay-off. It is versatile with a mixture of matte and shimmery eye shadows and can be used for daytime and nighttime looks as well. The only down side to it is that it creases so you would need an eye primer to prevent it from creasing. It is featured in my recent fotd: face of the day posts. It is being sold at Superdrug or online at the MUAstore which happens to ship internationally.

So i happen to be subscribed to and follow Beauty by Lee on facebook and you tube (Liquidlinelover) who is an amazing and super talented makeup artist. She is very creative with her eye looks and oh, she is a naturalista as well. She recently posted a pix on her facebook page which i absolutely loved and decided immediately to recreate.
Obviously its not the exact same thing as i just used products that were available to me but hey you get the drift! Lol! I really had fun with this look, however, the downside was that i wasn't going anywhere and i felt really sad taking off the makeup!!!!!! Well saving this look for a night out with the gals.

So lately i have been bored and you know what that means..... Playing with makeup. I opted to do something different that was a bit bold. I pulled out my Undressed palette from MUA which is an exact dupe for the most popular Naked palette from Urban Decay. This palette is an exact dupe and offers a much cheaper alternative, it costs £4 whiles the naked palette is £35. What an amazing bargain! Below is a breakdown of the products and technique used.

LOL the irony is that the soap is actually brown not black lol!

• ·         All natural soap made with organic products
• ·         Very cheap as a little bit lathers much and lasts long
• ·         Can be used as a makeup remover as well as a clarifying shampoo which leaves the hair soft and moisturized
• ·         Tightens and reduces pores and fine lines hence reduces the appearance of wrinkles- no need for Botox, lol
• ·         Reduces the appearance of spots and brightens skin
• ·         Helps keep mild acne at bay

• ·         It can dry out the face a bit but it’s nothing shea butter can’t solve

• ·         First on my list is to take my Christian life more seriously. Lol last year, I could count the number of times I did go to church bad yeah. So this year I’d like to go to church more often, read my bible and pray daily.
• ·         Live a healthy lifestyle, lol don’t we all? Well what do I mean by that? Reduce my food content, eat more healthy foods and cut down on junk. Exercise regularly by walking more and jogging for 30 mins, 3 times per week.
• ·         Be more disciplined, God be my helper; in that I have personally identified that I am sometimes sluggish in doing things and always putting off things to the last minute hence I do not get to the top as I am capable of. I need to renew my mind and be more serious about pursuing my dreams.

1. ·         Sleep early and avoid late night eating
2. ·         Use more natural products for my hair and skin
3. ·         Smile more often (sounds weird right? but yeah as in be more nice, lol)
4. ·         Try new things to fill my time esp hobbies like photography, baking and cooking new things
5. ·         Blog more often even tho Ghanaians don’t like to read lol
