Hello Divas, so on Saturday I had my eyebrows threaded and decided to share with you my diva-ish eyebrows. Threading as the name suggests is a method of hair removal using a thread, a technique which was developed and perfected by the Indians or people from the Middle East. It’s quick, less painful than waxing and your eyebrows stay neat for about 3 weeks before any re-growth. So it lasts roughly 3 to 4 weeks depending on how fast your hair grows. It is good because it saves you from having them shaved every week. For more information on eyebrow threading click here. Now unto the pictorial.

Thing you are going to need:

· Eyebrow Pencil- Brown (Not BLACK)
· Concealor
· Eyebrow Comb
· Concealor/Eyeliner brush

1. Comb your eyebrows in place.

Sleek Makeup, as genius as they are, recently came out with a blush trio called Blush By 3. It is simply a blush palette consisting of 3 blushes. Sleek Makeup blushes are highly pigmented and reasonably priced. I have been meaning to lay my hands on one, so I finally did. There are 5 different palettes. I went to Superdrug and got the Flame palette. It consists of 3 blushes with red undertones which in my opinion are suitable for dark skin tones and complements women of colour better than pink because if we were to flush/blush we’d flush red not pink. It consists of one matte brick red colour and two shimmery colours with red undertones. It also has a mirror which comes in handy if you are ont the go with no mirror in hand. So here are the pictures.

I’d give it a 10/10 and recommend to buy if you can get hands on it. For now it’s only being sold at Superdrug but would be available online soon on the Sleek Makeup Website. As usual divas, stay fabulous, xoxoxox, Annette.

Update:

I have since added to my collection, Pumpkin a gorgeous orange based blush palette and Pink Sprint, another gorgeous palette filled with pinks and plum. I will definitely recommend these to women of colour as they are super pigmented and just a little bit does go a long way. Sleek has released new versions and will be looking forward to laying my hands on them as well.

So its friday nite, got ghana independece weekend party to attend but unfortunately as i was working very early the following morning so i couldn't attend. Sucks yh, so i was bored and decided to do a lil some something, lol! Anyways hope y'all doing great. Listed below are all the products used to acheive this look. Enjoy and keep the fabulosity levels rising Divas xxxxx

Eyes

1. Use a pink and silver cream eyeshadow base, silver in the inner and pink the outer- Sleek Primer Palette

2. Put a hint of purple in the crease and blend- Sleek Monaco Palette

3. Darken the purple by blending a dark brown on top- MUA eyeshadow dark brown

4. Apply silver eyeshadow on the silver base and do the same for the pink as well- Sleek PPQ Palette

5. Line your eyes and apply mascara- MUA pencil in Jet Black & Elf Mineral Mascara

Lips

1. Line your lips with a dark brown - Sleek pencil in Brown

2. Fill in your lips with a pink lip pencil- Rimmel lip pencil in indian pink

3. Apply any nude lipstick to lighten up the pink (optional)

4. Apply any gloss you like- Victoria Secrets Gloss in Pink
