I thought i'd share with you some simple tips on selecting a foundation suitable for your skin type and needs. Although i am no expert, i have come to with this knowledge from personal experience and i believe these tips would go a long way to help select the right product and save the much needed cash. Often times i have gone to buy foundation that i have regretted simply because it was not what i was looking for or i felt it did not suit me or the shade or undertone was not right. Prior to this i had no idea on different formulations of products or undertones. If i saw that i liked a foundation a friend wore i'd go get the same regardless of the fact that we would have different skin types and undertones. Last weekend i did get the chance to go out with the girls and unwind. We had a house warming and afterwards a few of us decided to hit town! I opted for something different that did not involve pink! I wanted a nice evening look. I hadn't tried tried a blue smokey eye yet, my first trial and i sooo love the outcome. So i have recently decided to revive my skincare routine as it had gone slack due to laziness. I do realize that whenever i paid attention to my skin the results were great! My skin glowed, felt smooth and stayed blemish free.

What prompted me to start a skin regimen was a facial treatment i received during an end of year review meeting held at the Holy Trinity Spa and Health Farm in Sogakorpe.
