Hello everyone, long time no see! I can't believe i haven't posted this since i wrote it in october?! Oh well, better late than never right? Today i wanted to share with you some makeup items from a Ghanaian cosmetic brand we are all familiar with and that's Forever Clair aka FC. So award winners and nominees of the Ghana Makeup Awards were invited to a soiree at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel hosted by FC CEO Mrs. Gladys Amey-Obeng. It was such an honour to meet the lady behind this international Ghanaian brand and to gather some wisdom from her. We met her, her husband and daughters who basically run the company together. That is goals right there!!!!!!!!! There was so much chatter and food and we took it as a time of relaxation and networking. At the end we were all presented with a goody bag full of awesome FC products.

Finally we have access to one of the best selling drugstore foundations in Ghana and this is none other than the Maybelline Superstay 24H Foundation. Yayyyyy!!!!! I remember seeing this foundation on shelves in Superdrug in the UK but the shade range didnt include that for dark skin. Fast forward to today, there are several shades suitable for dark skin in Ghana. How exciting!

This is one review i'm super excited to share with you all. Meet the Evita Joseph Deep Brush Cleanser. I can't stress enough the importance of washing your makeup brushes. I was having a chat with a friend the other day and through the conversation I learnt that she's had her makeup brushes for two years yet had never washed them. For personal use your brushes should at least  be washed weekly. Personally i like to always use clean brushes so i spot clean them after each use. For my professional kit, no two ways, brushes are cleaned after each use! Brushes can serve as a breeding site for bacteria or a means to transfer and contaminate your face and makeup items that constantly touch your face. This can lead to persistent acne that never seems to go away.

1. BH Cosmetics 120 Colour Eyeshadow Palette 2nd Edition
Now i got this palette for my personal kit for when i want to play and experiment with colours. I think getting a palette like this with a variety of colours is fun and economical meaning you dont have to splurge a lot of cash to buy different palettes to get all these colours.
