i am really excited to be bringing you some very biiiiiiiig news. AFROTASTIC 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes! As you may have seen from the lovely new banner for the blog, Afrodiva and myself are hosting the long awaited natural hair meetup in Accra on the 5th of July, 2014 at the YWCA, Adabraka opp the Holy Spirit Cathedral. 

Afrotastic is simply an event dedicated to all things natural hair. Through blogging we realized the need to create a platform that brought together anyone linked somehow to natural hair.  This event is free to attend and open to all whether relaxed or natural although the info is targeted to natural hair wearers.

On the day, there will be a special guest to give us a talk (not saying who), there will be some entertainment as well and a discussion on natural hair by a panel of experienced naturalistas with a question and answer segment after which there will be time to buy products from vendors selling their wares.

So if you have a product, say you make accessories, clothes, hair products, food, or you have a salon, etc and you wish to sell or dispaly on the day kindly contact me or Afrodiva or call 0236800069. We are also looking for sponsors and have very strategic sponsorship packages so you may also call concerning that.

As a participant, you have lots to look forward to. So tell a friend to tell a friend, come and lets learn how to care for our hair, socialize and bring lots of cash to buy stuff. I will be updating you as time goes on but till then save the date and i really look forward to meeting everyone.
