I hope you are all getting ready for the holiday season. Christmas is in the air and you know what that means? The harmattan is in full swing now. So much dust and dryness everywhere affecting skin, lips and hair. This year i'm yet to suffer any bouts of dry, chapped and cracked lips because i have taken measures to ensure my lips are always moisturized. This is the inspiration behind this post; to share with you one of my trusty arsenals against the dreadful harmattan.

Say hi to Maybelline Baby Lips, aren't they cute? So Baby Lips are basically your lip balm but with more swag! By more swag here's what i mean.


Baby Lips is great for moisturizing the lips. I happen carry the colorless shade in Intense Care in my kit and its used to prep the lips. I love that it goes on smooth and doesn't give that ghastly white line like some glosses and lip balms do.

It comes in a variety of shades as well. While some of the other shades offer a hint of colour which is a plus there are 2 colourless options as well ie Intense Care and Hydration. Oh! and they smell so fruity too. Another plus for me is the colorful packaging. Very portable and fits easily into a purse, clutch, handbag or pocket. It's suitable for everyone both male and female of all ages.

 I gave the Oh Orange to my brother who was hesitant at first to use it looking at the colour. But he got convinced when i showed that i has literally no colour. The other he remarked how this is the first harmattan that he hasn't had chapped lips and thats due to using Baby Lips all the time even before going to bed.  Did I mention they are super affordable? Everyone must own at least one.
